We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data visualization with the ability to transform complex business data into interactive dashboards and actionable insights.

1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
2. Connect Tableau with multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms
3. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and business insights
4. Optimize dashboard performance and improve report efficiency
5. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices
8. Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting for existing dashboards

1. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep
2. Excellent SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
3. Experience in data modeling and dashboard performance tuning
4. Good understanding of data visualization principles and BI concepts
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
