About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce CRM system. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, configure features, and work closely with business teams to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce administration and support needs.
- Perform system configuration, user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, service, and leadership teams.
- Implement and monitor automation (flows, process builder, approval processes).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality or integrations.
- Maintain data integrity and cleanliness through regular audits and deduplication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security model, and automation tools.
- Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and list views.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required or in progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (e.g., third-party apps, APIs).
- Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and AppExchange solutions.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
