About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or representatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in [Industry: e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.].
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and automation platforms.
