About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Omni-Channel Digital Marketer to lead integrated marketing initiatives across web, social, email, mobile, search, and offline channels. You’ll be responsible for crafting unified customer journeys, driving engagement, and optimizing performance across the full marketing funnel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel digital marketing campaigns that deliver consistent brand messaging and customer experiences.
  • Coordinate strategies across platforms including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, website, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and offline campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to develop and refine omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to personalize campaigns and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and goal tracking.
  • Measure performance and report on KPIs such as engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on omnichannel strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience in campaign management, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance marketing metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or B2C marketing.
  • Knowledge of CDP (Customer Data Platforms) or DMPs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Iterable, Segment, or Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Google Ads and HubSpot/Marketo certifications are a plus.
