The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to manage a portfolio of SMB clients across North America. Your role will center on upselling and cross-selling Eptain’s cloud-based SaaS solutions, ensuring clients receive ongoing value from their investment, and guiding them seamlessly through product adoption and optimization.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build deep understanding of Eptain’s SaaS product portfolio, including AI-enhanced chatbots, IoT solutions, and custom e-commerce platforms.
  • Establish and grow value-led relationships with new and existing SMB customers in North America.
  • Prioritize and engage with high-potential accounts using customer demographic and behavioral data.
  • Leverage internal lead-generation systems and tools (CRM, analytics, inbound lead engines) to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to closure — with accuracy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with product and solutions teams to align client needs with the right AI/IoT-powered solutions (e.g., chatbot integrations, predictive maintenance tools).
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer journey.
  • Provide timely and insightful updates to leadership on sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital sales, customer success, or SaaS solution-selling role.
  • Experience working with SMB clients, preferably in SaaS or AI-based platforms.
  • A consultative, value-selling mindset — ability to lead conversations focused on business outcomes, not just features.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written), especially for international/NA markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo), and lead engagement workflows.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI, chatbots, or IoT solutions is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working during US time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
