About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting users, and improving workflows to ensure the system meets business and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data security settings.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across all CRM records.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows for sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Handle system configurations, custom fields, and process automation.
  • Provide CRM training and support to internal users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models and business processes.
  • Proficiency in report and dashboard creation.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Admin, HubSpot CRM Certification) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., with marketing automation, ERP, support platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, or scripting is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data compliance, and privacy regulations.
