About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with Adobe Workfront experience to join our digital experience team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while also supporting workflows, project management, and content operations through Adobe Workfront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Implement custom components, templates, and workflows within AEM.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Workfront to streamline content production and approval processes.
- Configure and manage Workfront projects, templates, custom forms, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness of AEM components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AEM and Workfront platforms.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (6.x or Cloud Service).
- Strong experience in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- 1–3 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (admin/configuration preferred).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AEM integration techniques.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certifications (e.g., AEM Developer, AEM Sites Architect, Workfront Core Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CDN configurations.
